Changes are accepted or denied depending what side the majority is on.

$$

\
ASTERIX’s winnings for the staff team are distributed using this function, which calculates the amount of funds one staff member gets:

$$

#### IF COACHING STAFF ARE PRESENT:

$$

ASTERIX’s winnings for the staff team are distributed using this function, which calculates the amount of funds one player gets:

$$
f(x) = \frac{0,1 \* Wsum}{StaffAmt}
$$

ASTERIX’s winnings for the coaching staff are distributed using this function, which calculates the amount of funds one player gets:

$$
f(x) = \frac{0,1 \* Wsum}{CoachingStaffAmt}
$$

## 3. Consequences & Punishments

### 3.1 Possible Punishments for Members

Failure to comply with 1.5.1’s rules will result in consequences, depending on the severity of the rule breach (if not already stated in the rule).

1. Strike 1: Reduced income by 25%;
2. Strike 2: Reduced income by 50%;
3. Strike 3: Permanent termination of your contract, without the possibility of renewal.

### 3.2 Possible Punishments for Players

Failure to comply with 1.5.1 and 1.5.3’s rules will result in consequences, depending on the severity of the rule breach (if not already stated in the rule).

1. Strike 1: 1 game suspension from official matches;
2. Strike 2: Reduced income by 50% and 1-2 game suspension from official matches, depending on severity;
3. Strike 3: Permanent termination of your contract, without the possibility of renewal.

### 3.3 Strike Process

1. Strikes are applied by request of any of the three divisions with undeniable and unedited evidence. If at least 2 of the divisions, after reviewing the evidence, agree and believe a strike is necessary, the strike is attributed to said Member.
2. Strikes get removed after a month has passed after attribution without any further strikes. If another strike gets added before removal, the timer gets reset.

### 3.4 Fund Distribution after Punishments

If there were to be the case that a Member loses a percentage of their income, according to 2.2, two pools of winnings are created:

1. Player fund pool (90% or 80%);
2. Staff fund pool (10%);
3. (if present) Coaching staff fund pool (10%).

Using these pools, we distribute the remainder of the funds, reduced from the Member, to said pools (If a staff has his income reduced, other staff members get their income raised, if a player has his income reduced, other players get their income raised). To calculate this for the players, we use this formula:

$$
f(x) = \frac{\frac{0,9 \*Wsum}{PlayerAmt}\*ReducedPercentage}{PlayerAmt-PlayersPunishedAmt}
$$

To calculate this for the staff team, we use this formula:

$$
f(x) = \frac{\frac{0,1 \*Wsum}{StaffAmt}\*ReducedPercentage}{StaffAmt-StaffPunishedAmt}
$$

These formulas work when we take into account the fact that the amount reduced is a constant, and not two different values.\
If there are two or more members, who have different income reductions, we take the average of those percentages:

$$
f(x) = \frac{ReducedPercentage^1+ReducedPercentage^2+Reduced Percentage^{StaffAmt}}{StaffAmt}
$$

## 4. Extra Situations

In the case of a situation, when a Member does an action that that is not outlawed in the Codex, yet brings mass dissatisfaction within the team, that Member shan’t be punished and shall be left with a warning. The Codex must be updated to outlaw said action afterwards, as so unwanted actions don’t re-occur.
