# End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (Further: EULA) is a legal agreement between you (Further: You, Member) and ASTERIX\* DIVISION (Further: ASTERIX, "us") regarding your use of ASTERIX’s Intellectual Property. This document coexists with [ASTERIX\* DIVISION Codex](/home/documentation/codex.md), our [Privacy Policy](/home/documentation/privacy-policy.md) and with your contract. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, YOU CAN NOT BE A MEMBER OF ASTERIX.

## 1. Grant of License

ASTERIX’s Intellectual Property includes (Further: IP): Google Sheets Spreadsheet, Discord Server, Click Up Server, X account, Instagram account, Branding (Logo, color scheme, banners, icons), Documents, Sporting-related property (strategies, VALORANT team compositions, call-outs, lineups). 

ASTERIX grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensed, non-commercial and personal license to use ASTERIX’s IP when You sign a Temporary Player Contract, an Official Player Contract or a Member Contract. This does NOT mean you own ASTERIX’s IP.

You do NOT have the right to directly or indirectly sell, distribute, copy, claim as your own, reverse-engineer, rent out, lease, market, exploit, adapt or reproduce ASTERIX’s IP.

## 2. Ownership

All of ASTERIX’s IP is owned by ASTERIX’s Founder & Co-Founder.

## 3. Termination

When your contract with ASTERIX ends or is terminated, you automatically lose your license.

## 4. Data Collection

By being a Member of ASTERIX, you agree to have the your data collected by us and protected by our [Privacy Policy](/home/documentation/privacy-policy.md).

## 5. Exceptions

If your license is lost, all merchandise, regardless if bought or received from us, remain yours and you are not obliged to return these items.
